Sharpening your Theory of Impact Workshop

Presented by Steve Patty, PHD. We live in a world of noise and distraction. We move at the speed that blurs our vision. Staying focused is extraordinarily challenging. It is also absolutely critical. Without focus, our work dissolves into mere outputs and activity and we miss the impact we might have. If you feel pulled by innumerable needs, if you sense constant pressure to chase more things than you have time or energy for, if you can talk about everything you do but can’t clearly articulate what it is all in service to, then this session is for you. 

We will work on your impact — how to talk about it, stay focused on it, use it to help you say “no” when you need to, make a case for your value proposition, gather your team and board around it, and more. We will also explore the change theory embedded in your Theory of Change that enables your work to achieve the desired impact. You will come away with a compelling articulation of your intended impact and the change theory that gets you there.
