APT is a community of pastors committed to the holistic spiritual growth of ministerial leadership and the well-being of churches in Tennessee. We provide resources, training, and mutual support to develop strong Christian ministries that serve their communities with the love of God.

APT exists to cultivate the importance of a spirit of unity, mutual support and shared purpose among Christian leaders and congregations. Although there is diversity among denominations, churches, and leadership styles, we must strive for the essential unity of the body of Christ.
